I Can't Wait!!!

You probably thought I only cared about Twilight. But I LITERALLY cannot wait until this comes out... well, yes, I'm dying to see Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince movie. BUT, I really really cannot wait until I get my hands on the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince Xbox 360 game.

It's probably a good thing it's not coming out until the summer because the family is going to have to fend for themselves while I play this 24/7 until I finish every last mission. Oh yes, when it comes to Harry Potter (and Buffy and Star Wars) I'm a total gamer chick. I can cast spells with my magic wand, kill vampires and defeat the Empire with the best of them. See, I'm a well-rounded homeschooling mom.

Anyway, when this game comes out, it's MINE. I'm not sharing. I've played the previous 5 Harry Potter games and they just keep getting better and better. The graphics on this one is blowing my socks off. Go ahead... take a peak. Don't worry, it doesn't give away any spoilers, for those of you who are still reading them. (cough, Lori) Even if you're not into gaming but you like HP, you'll be impressed with how good this looks!

I do want to thank you again for all the awesome feedback, encouragement and kind words you gave me in response to this post. I've decided to keep my blog going. I may just miss a day here and there (like yesterday) and take weekends off, but I'm going to keep blogging. After all, I started this little blog in June 2006. I've decided it's gotta take more than a stressful string of events to make me give it up. Thank you to everyone who let me know how much you like reading this blog. It means a lot to me.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I've got some Stormtroopers to shoot so I can capture their bases for the Rebel Alliance housecleaning to do.

  1. Good Morning, Julie!(Again, if this little comment is typed wrong remember, I'm still working on my coffee!) I am so glad to see you still blogging. You are indeed a well rounded homeschooling family.(Yes, I said, well rounded.) We homeschoolers really are "normal." :) I hope you got your housework done. ;)

  2. Good Morning, friend! I ditto your "other" post. Have had some of the same feelings myself. I can't imagine not reading your blog. ;D

We bonded over Twilight and will always be friends "cause" of that and not because of frequent comments.

    Love Ya Bunches!

  3. I am constantly impressed by how amazing the graphics are for games nowadays. Of course, I'm from the Intellivision generation, so just about anything looks great to me.

  4. Glad to hear you are sticking around. Your blog is hilarious, suspenseful and full of surprises. We need you :)

  5. Ahhh... this post is giving me hope. As the wee ones get a bit older, I truly will have some time for myself, won't I? :)

  6. I can't wait
    I can't wait
    I can't wait

    Oh my SNAPE!

    I can't wait!

    New Moon, what? huh?

    Severus Snape!

  7. You're welcome for the support... although you kind of inspired me to go awol from my own :-{

Congrats on the exciting news ;-)
