Funny Friday: Star Wars Edition

This video is pretty funny. And definitely worth your time, if you have 3:42 minutes to spare. (Notice the Wilhelm screams thrown in.)

Star Wars: Retold (by someone who hasn't seen it) from Joe Nicolosi on Vimeo.

And since we have the Star Wars theme, here are some lolcats:

I love these posters, which are floating around the internet at several different sites.

Got these at The Internet Now In Handy Book Form.

And last but certainly not least... (to prove I'm just as sick as everyone thinks I am) I find the most inappropriate things the funniest....

  5. LMAO! Seriously. That was EXACTLY what I needed before facing my housecleaning chores. If only the force (in the form of cleaning ewoks) could come and help me... Anyhoo, GREAT job finding the hysterical Star Wars stuff around. Hans! *snicker*

  6. Ok, that last one was so good, I need to show Hubby.

Who has SEVERAL thngs that are still in their original packaging.

If you know what I mean.

Ok, I mean he's a conference going, Klingon speaking, Star Wars quoting geek.

    Hawt, right?

  7. Love the pictures. I think the Stormtrooper saying "Those WERE the droids I was looking for" might be my favorite. The Uncle Owen action figure is pretty funny too.

I got some grief from friends when I posted the video on my blog. They said she did a better job than they could in describing the saga.

Yeah...they're no longer my friends. :0)

  10. Oh, I just saw that video yesterday... and I don't remember so much of Star Wars. How sad am I to not have this cultural lexicon in my back pocket? I don't even get most of the pictures you posted....

  12. Thanks for visiting our blog! This was uber-funny! (Maybe I'll need to find someone who hasn't read Twilight and get them to describe it for Twilightheaded...)

  13. Is that last picture for real???? I can't say much since my brother and I used to put out "fake" poop to scare my mom when we were young.

  14. Great blog you have. I love Star Wars too. Not enough to blog about them, unless Darth Vadar wants to join the Volturi. Then I'm all over it.

I came by to thank you for your comment. I think Dumbledore as Aro would be great.

oh and thanks for telling your friends about us... one of them says she is being held hostage. You may want to look into it.

I thought the vid was funny... my nephew? Notsomuch. He kept shouting "that's not what happened!" or "that's wrong!"
