I Got A Blog Makeover!!!

Hey everyone! Check it out... isn't my blog fancy purple??? I got a makeover from Darcy at Graphically Designing, who was a total dream to work with. The truth is, I decided long ago that I wanted a blog makeover from Darcy. At that time, she was only working with blogger. So... ladies and gentleman... that is the real reason I switched. I was planning on waiting until the makeover to make the switch, but the comments problem on my Mac blog was driving me nuts and I switched a little early.

Like I mentioned before, Mac and Blogger are not friends, so if I wanted to move my old posts over, I had to do so manually. One. By. One. I just finished the tedious task yesterday. How many posts did I transfer over? TWO HUNDRED AND ONE. Yep. On each of those I had to upload photos, assign labels, change fonts, etc. Oh, and you know how I like to cross out text? Well, that doesn't transfer over with a copy/paste, so I had to read through each of those 201 posts, notice the crossed out text, and then add in the html code to cross out the appropriate text in the new blog. Why did I go to all that trouble? CAUSE I'M INSANE. Seriously. I'm not right in the head. But you all knew that didn't you?

And speaking of comments... The comments option on this blog works very well, thankyouverymuch. I know I kept the comments off my other blog for two years, and you are used to lurking on my blog.... Now is your chance to be heard! (only if you agree with everything I say, of course) I removed that silly image verification to make it even easier. Are you getting what I'm saying? Cause I'm saying I want you all to comment. On every post. There. Just as long as we're clear now.

My only question about my new blog is: Do you think there is enough purple?
